Planned Parenthood works very hard to get CSE into schools, to recruit kids to become peer educators who teach CSE to fellow students, and to have school based health centers on campuses. So it's no surprise they continue their reach when those kids get to college. Notice they take specific aim at state laws that don't require or regulate sex education in the K-12 school system, just like they did in Washington. It's never too early for them. Some of the topics they cover include:
"This year’s virtual events include webinars entitled, “That’s Toxic: A Talk on Healthy vs Toxic Masculinity,” “Kiss Me Thru The Phone: Cybersex during COVID-19,” and “Vanilla Sex, But With Toppings: A Conversation on Alternative Pleasure.” Other events listed discuss the gender binary, or perceived lack thereof, a conversation on kinky sex, sex work, and behind the scenes of Only Fans, a subscription-based service where people typically sell nude photos to 'fans.'”
